Iran will continue its support for terrorist groups

Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a statement regarding the outcome of the meeting in Qatar between Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and Hamas movement representatives.

This was reported by Iranian media. According to the statement, Iran will support proxy forces and terrorist groups known as the "Resistance Front."

"Iran will continue to provide all forms of support to resistance forces until Palestine is completely liberated from Israeli occupation and a Palestinian state is established," the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

According to the statement, "Iran will remain committed to its principled policy of supporting the rights of the Palestinian people, including their right to self-determination and resistance, until Palestine is liberated from occupation."

Contrary to Iran's claims, the Palestinian state's leader, Mahmoud Abbas, and the Fatah movement have previously opposed Tehran's interference in the Palestinian issue.

"We demand from Iran to stop harming and striking us for its own interests," Mahmoud Abbas wrote on his social media account.

The Fatah movement issued a similar statement, emphasizing that the Tehran regime is exploiting the Palestinian issue and inciting conflict in the region through Hamas.

"Hamas has jeopardized the Palestinians' interests and resources by holding itself hostage for the benefit of the Islamic Republic, resulting in the destruction of the Gaza Strip," the movement said in a statement.

In response to Hamas' October 7 attack, the Fatah movement stated that this organization (Hamas) is responsible for the current disastrous conditions in the Gaza Strip.
